How to become a pilot?

 

 

If you decide to become a pilot of British Airways Intl., you should perform several easy steps, and also you should follow rules of our airline, which are described below in the British Airways Intl. Statute.

Before submission of your application to our company, please, be sure that you have read  all the rules listed bellow and you are fully agree with them, to avoid any confusions and misunderstandings.

Regulation on the Statute

 

The present Statute governs the work of the Virtual Airlline Company (hereinafter - VAC) British Airways Intl. Airlines.

The Statute contains operating instructions and requirements that must be met both by the flight crews and by directorate of VAC British Airways Intl.

This Statute can not be applied in a real aviation.

This Statute is the same for all members of the airline and is subject for execution by all the members of the airline.

Amendments to the present Statute may be taken by the CEOs.

Organization of VAC

 

2.1. VAC British Airways Intl. is a community of aviation enthusiasts, united together to perform virtual flights in free mode (offline) or on the servers of virtual flights, like IVAO or VATSIM , via VAC and under the callsign of BAW/BAI. VAC composed of aviators who have general interest in real aviation and who have desired to increase knowledge about both real and a virtual aviation.

 

 

2.2. VAC is a free community for its participants. All members have equal rights. After voluntary entry into the VAC, the new member automatically agrees with the Statute and should comply with it regardless of his/her position and rank in the VAC.

 

2.3. The airline's management is carried out by the CEOs. Any proposition from any member (pilot) of VAC would be taken into account.
2.3.1. For the CEO remains the unic right to interfere in the development of the VAC and act single in all categories concerning both material and human resources.

 

2.4. All flights committed by an airline pilot must be carried out with the use of client programm of VirtAirlines.

 

2.5. Obligatory function for online flights in any network is to use the callsign «BAW» adding numbers of VAC's schedules or pilot's ID (i.e. BAW406), assigned on the airline's page on VirtAirlines website.

 


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2.6. VAC's base airport is London Heatrhow Airport (London, England). ICAO: EGLL.

All flights should be performed to any destination but only from\into base airport.

Regulation on positions in the airline

 

3.1. There are positions in the VAC with certain responsibilities, which are divided into positions of administrative staff and flight crews. Management of the airline is handled by CEO.

 

3.2. Duties of the CEO:
- Provides overall leadership of the VAC;
- Develops and makes changes to the VAC's Statute;
- Provides overall control of units in the VAC.

 

3.3. Pilots.
Any person who is fluent in Russian, Ukrainian and English languages, has basic knowledge and skills which are necessary to perform virtual flights offline and online can become a pilot of VAC British Airways Intl. The pilot must know how to perform flights using client programm of VirtAirlines.
During the adoption of a new candidate to the VAC British Airways Intl. all his previous flight experience in other airlines and real-world experience is also taken into account (both postive and negative).

Pilots who are flying in any virtual network and to whom an ATC service is provided should comply with all rules of the certain network and must obey to all commands of an Air Traffic Control Operator.
Pilots have to take care about VAC's fleet and should always report to the Technical Sergeant (TSGT) about maintenance and current technical condition of the aircraft if it is in inappropriate state.

 

3.4. All employees, regardless of their status in VAC and their positions:

3.4.1. Have a right to:
1) To be appointed to any position;
2) Submit for a vote any topic, corrections, tips, etc.

 

3.4.2. Obliged to:
1) Visit regularly the website of VAC and monitor any changes on it;
2) Affects the live, events and policies of VAC by his/her voice or actions;
3) Respect other members of VAC;
4) Always take care about the reputation of VAC;
5) Participate in the development of VAC, according to their capabilities;
6) Observe the rules and Statute;
7) Participate in the fly-inns;
8) Continually improve their skills in piloting, knowledge of navigation and phraseology.

 

3.4.3. Forbidden to:

1) Distribute internal information of VAC;

2) Insult staff and pilots of other VAC when flying online;

3) Perform any indiscretions from the point of view of common human morality;

4) Speak negatively about members and directorate of VAC publicly;

5) Make flights online with the callsign different from BAW;

6) Use the time compression in the flight simulator;

7) Speak on behalf of the VAC, unless you are authorized to do it or if it is well-known official opinion. Remember that your opinion is not the opinion of your collegues from VAC.

 

3.4.4. Pilots can obtain one of the following flight ranks:

Student pilot - after registration and adoption into the VAС;

Third class pilot (3 Class)  - technical minimum of 2-3 training flights in a row with a rating of 100% (will be accepted to regular flights only on that type of aircaft which was used during the examination);

Second class pilot (2 Class) -  the pilot has to perform at least 50 flights with rating of 100%;

First class pilot (1 Class) - the pilot has to perform at least 150 flights with rating of 100% and has to has the average flight rating not less than 2.30.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Note: 

The amount of training flights that pilot has to perform to obtain license for regular flights can be reviewed by CEOs with the purpose to extend or to decrease number of training flights. 

 

Note: 

After passing the examination for a particular type of aircraft the pilot becomes licensed to fly on this aircraft type and all its modifications (e.g., if the pilot has passed the exam on the A320, it is automatically allowed to fly on the A319, A321, etc.)

 

In case when pilot wants to obtain some administrative position he/she has to make a request at least to one CEO. The decision about adoption for any administrative position in VAC will be made by CEOs during one working week.

 

3.5. Relegation of rank and cancellation of pilot's flying license can be done if: 

1) In case of violation of any of the paragraphs of section 3.4.3. of this Statute;

2) In the case of airplane crash;

3) If there was made ​​a rough landing, which entailed serious damage to the aircraft;

4) For systematic errors, controlled by the client program of Virtairlines resource, or in case of violation of at least one criterion three times in a row, which entail a downgrade and fines for VAC.

Adoption to VAC

 

Into VAС can be adopted any pilot that has the same goals and objectives as VAC, and who is fully consistent with the present Statute. Filing an application for membership in the VAC will automatically confirm your acceptance of these rules and Statute.

 

To join VAC British Airways Intl. and obtain the status of "student pilot" a candidate has to:

- examine the Statute of the airline;

- determine the type of aircraft on which the applicant intends to operate;

- create an account on virtairlines.ru website;

- submit an application about adoption to one of the CEOs on one of the followin websites: virtairlines.ru, britishairwaysintl.wix.kom, vk.com;

- in application you have to notice:

1) Name, Surname;

2) Aircraft, with which you are familiar and how to fly them;
3) Aircraft that you would prefer to fly;

3) Region of residence;

4) If the applicant has already performed any flights in other VAC, specify in which one.
